1. Ph.D. degree or above, major in organic chemistry, biology, materials science, polymer chemistry; 2. More than 2 years working experience in related material modification and synthesis, master various modification process synthesis and operation skills; 3. Able to independently formulate experimental plans, carry out product research and development, and analyze and summarize experimental results;
