Job responsibilities
Technical service Manager are mainly engaged in pre-sales or after-sales technical maintenance, application training, upgrade management, and complaint solving in the software or hardware direction, so as to improve customer satisfaction and expand user groups' good reputation for their own brands.
Job responsibilities:
1, responsible for on-site equipment installation, commissioning and other technical support work.
2, receive and assist to solve various on-site technical problems encountered by customers, timely and accurately feedback on-site information to sales and R & D department.
3, responsible for the delivery of equipment, software configuration list.
4. Responsible for the preparation of technical solutions in the proposal.
5. Support marketing and sales, provide relevant training for customers and engineering staff.
6. Responsible for the production of technical briefings in sales work.
