- Identify and implement best practices and guidelines based on the technical needs of the design team, assessing technical feasibility by validating game functionality and challenge interpretation to realize the creative vision; - Create and refine workflows and data structures to standardize work methods and ensure data validity and integrity by drafting pipeline documents, establishing common taxonomy, relevant training, and oversight with design apartments; - Act as a bridge in the implementation of complex content or features that exceed the capabilities of existing systems and require frequent interaction between programmers and designers; - Prototype potential new game features and guide the design team on how to use them to express creative ideas; - Reviewing and following up on all phases of implementation to ensure that the execution meets the creative vision and quality requirements; - Driving optimization and debugging efforts to resolve issues and non-programming problems raised within the area of expertise.

- Extensive experience in the video game space or other related fields. - Experience in the production of 2-3 games; experience working with a proprietary game engine toolset. - Experience working in a work unit at all stages of game production; - Strong time and priority management skills; user-centered and visionary; - Ability to act as a coach; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; - Ability to influence others; strong stress and change management skills; - Resourceful in problem solving; rigorous and curious - Proficient in English (good communication skills, ability to draft technical documents).
