1. Team management and guidance: Manage subordinate engineers, regularly guide and improve team skills, and formulate work plans. 2. Market monitoring and prioritization: Monitor market dynamics, set priorities, and ensure the quality and timeliness of analysis and corrective actions. 3. Improvement of team knowledge and analytical skills: Through sharing experience and learning to delve into knowledge and technology, train team members, and efficiently output professional analysis and propose countermeasures. 4. Complaint Handling and Customer Communication: Review and handle customer complaints, and maintain contact with the European service center. 5. Process optimization and 6S management: Continuously improve the work process, implement 6S management, and improve team efficiency. 6. Data analysis and information sharing: collect data on on-site quality problems and promote information exchange between departments. 7. Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

1. Bachelor degree, proficient in English, major in electronics/industrial engineering/machinery and other related majors 2. More than 2 years of work experience in large-scale manufacturing industry, strong learning and research ability, problem analysis ability, team management experience is preferred
