Job responsibilities
You are responsible for the purchasing and procurement of mechanical and electrical components for PEC’s production facilities in HuZhou. You will: • Manage all supply chain management functions including purchasing, logistics, warehousing, inventory management and cost reduction to PEC its production facilities in HuZhou • Manage inventory and establish controls to ensure PEC business is operating at the highest level of performance based on key performance Indicators • Set and execute strategies to develop the reliable and competitive supplier base to provide high quality materials with best costs. • Find, Select, Audit and Install new Suppliers. • Actively influence suppliers to improve quality systems within their operations to reduce risk and cost to our Business • Implement supplier risk management and supplier development plans. • Can effectively maintain close partnerships with engineering and production • Lead local supply chain team and provide guidance and coaching • Manage the vendor/procurement data in our system
Job Requirements
• Technical Master or Bachelor • Proven experience in a technical purchasing role according to international standards • Fluent communication in English and Chinese • Excellent analytical and negotiation skills. Strong in organization • Result-oriented, entrepreneurial and confident with challenges
