Studio Assistant / Production manager at Multidisciplinary Creative Agency in ShanghaiThis position will assist designers and project coordinators with daily assignments with some work being directly related to production and marketing. You will be asked to assist with the production of commercial and internal projects and developing new suppliers for existing and new products. You will also assist with other duties related to the daily operation of the design studio.This role is not for candidates who want to be designers, although understanding or having command on the know how of the industry will be an added value. It is for someone who wants to be in creative services or account management.

Duties include, but are not limited to:- Project management, including managing and cataloging project details, conducting research, data input into Studio IT (will train), assembling materials for client presentations, cataloguing design materials as needed.- Studio management, including answering phones, drafting correspondence, making appointments, handling incoming and outgoing mail, ordering supplies, tracking and accepting deliveries.- Administrative support, including assisting in the operational needs of the company in coordination with GHC administrative staff and accounting/legal office.Many other duties that arise unexpectedly every day.In the studio, you will be making sure that the basics are sorted to keep everything running smoothly, whether it's getting materials or getting quotes for production and assisting in the preparation of project portfolio to help the designers and marketing team.The ideal candidate will have a background in production, outsourcing, marketing or arts. The successful incumbent will be native Chinese and have a good working English level, along with efficient communication skills and an attention to detail. Must be happy to be busy.
