Job responsibilities
Location: Weifang
1. Led the organization and formulation of company strategy, promoted the business department and functional department to formulate development plan according to the strategy of the company.
2. Timely adjust and optimize corporate strategy, business strategy and functional strategy based on external market changes and internal performance.
3. Monitored the implementation of strategic planning of all departments of the company.
4. Responsible for studying industry insight, market & customer layout related to the existing business strategy development, providing support for strategic planning and adjustment.

Professional requirements: business management
Language: fluent in Japanese and above CET6
