Alexn Strategy Consulting Company (ASCC) is seeking a highly-motivated and talented Russian-speaking Strategic Consultant to join our expanding team. We are a leading provider of cross-border strategic consulting services, specializing in assisting Chinese enterprises with overseas investment, consultancy, regional security analysis, economic security investigations, market entry research, expert interviews, and global resource matchmaking. Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth research and analysis on investment opportunities, regional security, and economic landscape in Russia and other Eastern European countries. Develop and present strategic recommendations to clients, based on research findings and market insights. Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive consulting services to our clients. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, industry experts, and government agencies. Stay up-to-date with relevant legal, political, and economic developments in the region.

Requirements: Native Russian speaker. Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in law, political science, policing, or related fields. Proven experience in strategic consulting, government institutions, or related industries is highly preferred. Prior education or work experience in Russia is a strong advantage. Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
