1. Develop and execute infrastructure roadmaps aligned with Hayco's global IT strategy. 2. Oversee daily operations of network, server, storage, and cloud infrastructure. 3. Ensure uptime and performance of mission-critical systems supporting manufacturing and ERP platforms. 4. Lead infrastructure projects including data center upgrades, cloud migrations, and network expansions. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Finance) to deliver integrated solutions. 6. Implement and maintain security controls, backup strategies, and disaster-recovery plans. 7. Ensure compliance with internal policies and external standards (e.g., ISO, GDPR). 8. Manage infrastructure engineers and external service providers.

1. Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity or related field. 2. 5+ years of experience in infrastructure management, preferably in manufacturing or multi-site environments. 3. Networking (Cisco, Fortinet) 4. Virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V) 5. Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) 6. Storage and backup solutions (Veeam, NetApp) 7. Excellent communication and leadership skills. 8. Certifications: CCNP, Azure Administrator, VMware VCP, ITIL Foundation. 9. Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and their infrastructure dependencies. 10. Familiarity with OT/ICS environments and manufacturing IT integration.
