Job responsibilities
Assistant to the Director of Study Abroad Programs: 1. Accompany the Director to conduct in-person study abroad seminars in Spain. 2. Communication and Coordination: Liaise with students and parents, address basic study abroad inquiries, and provide application progress updates; coordinate communications with institutions and visa agencies, tracking document submissions and feedback. 3. Application Process Support: Assist the Director throughout the entire study abroad application process, including online application completion, essay editing and proofreading, and visa application assistance, ensuring efficient progress at each stage. 4. Administrative Support: Manage supervisor's daily schedule, draft meeting minutes, compile study abroad market trends and policy updates to provide foundational support for business decisions.
Job Requirements
1. Native Spanish speakers preferred. 2. Basic Chinese or English communication skills required.
