1.Lead the planning, design, and technical selection of the backend application architecture for financial derivatives business, responsible for team building and management. 2.Set technical direction and architecture, communicate with product and business departments, and propose relevant technical solutions. 3.Monitor the team's development progress and product quality, ensure timely launch, and track project progress. 4.Introduce new technologies to encourage continuous learning within the team, enhancing overall capabilities, and building an industry-leading technical team. 5.Manage the daily work and arrangements of the R&D team, improving the team's engineering practice capabilities.

1.Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or a related field from a recognized institution. 2.Over 8 years of Java development experience, with at least 3 years in a similar role, including at least 3 years of project management and architecture experience. Familiarity with Agile development is preferred. 3.Strong self-motivation and excellent business and product thinking. 4.Teamwork awareness with excellent communication and coordination skills, capable of working independently as well as in a team.
