Job responsibilities
The principal will be responsible for the overall work of the school and work closely with department heads and student welfare departments to provide guidance, motivation, and guidance to faculty and staff, including staff development, performance management, and deployment. The principal will provide effective leadership and support to faculty, students, and parents, while creating an atmosphere full of vitality, passion, and a sense of achievement. The principal's focus is to establish a high-performance learning community, and successful applicants will initially be primarily responsible for designing, developing, and implementing curriculum and evaluation models from preschool to secondary school. The focus of this work is to ensure that the design, implementation, and review of the curriculum can be systematically coordinated, reflecting the school's vision, mission, and philosophy, and aligning with international standards and benchmarks. In addition, the principal will also participate in the daily operations of the school. As the school moves towards its future goals, the role of the principal will be adjusted according to the needs of the school.
Job Requirements
