1.Under the direction of the supervisor and school arrangements，complete the development and design of teaching resources, including but not limited to multidisciplinary resources (English, Mathematics, Inquiry-Based Learning, Enrichment Courses, etc.), ensuring alignment with curriculum standards and student's developmental needs.<br/>2.Under the direction of the supervisor and school arrangements，support curriculum development in updating teaching materials, including but not limited to lesson plans, worksheets, assessment tools and digital resources.<br/>3.Collaborate with supervisor to provide specialized support for Mathematics and Project-Based Learning (PBL), assisting teachers in implementation and differentiated teaching strategies.<br/>4.Assist supervisor in conducting teacher training programs and workshops to enhance educators' professional skills.<br/>5.Provide teacher support as required, including but not limited to professional guidance, classroom observations, instructional coaching, and assistance with parent-teacher communication.<br/>6.Other related teaching support work arranged by the supervisor.

1.Dedication to early childhood education.<br/>2.Master’s degree or higher in Early Childhood Education, Pedagogy, Curriculum and Instruction or related fields preferred. Teaching certification required.<br/>3.Minimum 5-10 years of bilingual teaching experience in overseas/international kindergartens, with demonstrated experience in teacher training and curriculum/resource development.<br/>4.Excellent observation and communication skills, with the ability to build trust with students and teachers.<br/>5.Strong English speaking skills; having experience working in multicultural culture.<br/>
