Job responsibilities
1、为国际高中的学生提供心理健康咨询服务，包括个体咨询、团体辅导等;<br/>2、协助制定学生的心理发展计划，并跟踪评估其效果;<br/>3、与教师、家长和其他专业人士保持良好的沟通协<br/>作，共同关注学生心理健康状况;<br/>4、开展心理健康教育活动，提高学生自我认知和情绪管理能力;<br/>5、参与学校心理健康项目的规划和实施，推动心理健康服务的发展。
Job Requirements
1、硕士及以上学历，相关专业，名校优先；<br/>2、具备5-10年一线国际高中相关工作经验;<br/>3. 良好的中英双语能力；<br/>4、具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神;<br/>5、具备良好的团队带队，管理能力；
