Job responsibilities
1.Independently oversee the overall operation of premium product accounts on Amazon platforms (North America, Europe, and other sites), formulate product promotion strategies and sales plans, and achieve sales targets.
2.Conduct market research and competitor analysis, accurately identify core product selling points, lead the writing and optimization of Listings (titles, keywords, images, A+ Pages, etc.), and improve product search rankings and conversion rates.
3.Be responsible for the strategy formulation, budget control, data monitoring and optimization of advertising campaigns (SP/SB/SBV, etc.), reduce ACoS and improve advertising ROI.
4.Track product sales data and inventory status, adjust operational strategies in a timely manner, avoid the risks of overstocking or stockouts, and maintain healthy account metrics.
5.Handle daily account operations, including responding to customer inquiries, addressing negative reviews, resolving after-sales issues, and maintaining store reputation and customer satisfaction.
Monitor platform policy changes and industry trends, and optimize product layout and operational plans based on market dynamics.
Job Requirements
1.Educational Background: Full-time bachelor’s degree or above, no restrictions on majors. Priority will be given to candidates with majors in International Trade, English, E-Commerce or related fields.
2.Work Experience: Around 2 years of independent experience in Amazon premium product operations. Proficient in the entire premium product operation process, capable of independently completing core tasks from product selection to bestseller development.
3.English Proficiency: CET-4 or above. Possess strong English reading and writing skills, able to proficiently write product listings, handle English customer service emails and platform-related documents.
4.Skill Requirements: Skilled in using Amazon Seller Central and common operation tools such as Jungle Scout, Merchant Words and Google Analytics. Equipped with solid data analysis capabilities to drive operational decisions through data.
