1. Hold a bachelor’s degree or higher, with fluency in Chinese. Majors in Marketing, Business Administration, International Economics and Trade, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or Chemistry are preferred. 2. Proficient in research methodologies, possess strong writing skills, and the ability conduct value analysis by using end-to-end process frameworks. 3. Demonstrate excellent English reading, writing, and communication abilities. 4. Have strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and teamwork skills, with high resilience to pressure and challenges.
