Job responsibilities
1. Customer relationship management
2. Process sales orders accurately and promptly to support efficient order fulfillment.
3. Oversee clients’ requirements and delivery processes
4. Conduct timely account reconciliation and invoice issuance
5. Handle conflict management across the above scenarios and drive continuous improvement
Job Requirements
1. Hold a bachelor’s degree or higher, with fluency in Chinese. Majors in Marketing, Business Administration, International Economics and Trade, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or Chemistry are preferred.
2. Proficient in research methodologies, possess strong writing skills, and the ability conduct value analysis by using end-to-end process frameworks.
3. Demonstrate excellent English reading, writing, and communication abilities.
4. Have strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and teamwork skills, with high resilience to pressure and challenges.
