Job Responsibilities: 1. Lead the team to cooperate with the business and engineering departments to complete the project plan and corresponding bidding work. 2. According to customer needs, quickly understand and provide relevant plans or suggestions. 3. Independently or in collaboration with the team, complete the complete project plan text and participate in project meetings and presentations. 4. Independently or in collaboration with the team, complete the complete detailed design plan, including the selection of actual materials, furniture selection, lighting fixture selection, etc. 5. Cooperate with the company's internal cost team to understand the cost matters involved in the plan, so as to present and explain to the customers. 6. Assist and cooperate with the construction drawing designer to complete the project construction drawing design. 7. Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.

Job Requirements: 1. Graduated from an interior design or related field, with a bachelor's degree or above. Familiar with the interior decoration of office and commercial spaces and other public building fields; 2. At least 8 years of relevant working experience, with great enthusiasm for this profession and independent project experience; 3. Possess good hand-drawing skills and be proficient in using CAD/PS/SU/PPT/OFFICE and other software; 4. Familiar with relevant national/local/industry laws and regulations; 5. Strong communication and language expression skills, with strong planning, organization and problem-solving abilities; 6. Pay attention to details, able to communicate effectively with the leadership and work well, responsible, able to withstand pressure, and able to adapt to work arrangements. 7. Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, with priority given to those from Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, overseas or with overseas study background.
