1.Play a key leading role in the project and hold the responsibility of the project manager or designer. 2.Responsible for high-end community, resort, golf, commercial landscape design and public space project design, planning and design of tourist attractions. 3.Lead, supervise and guide the landscape architect's objectives to ensure the efficiency of the project progress and the project process. 4.Work with the customer to define the objectives, plan and project requirements, and develop the design process according to customer requirements. 5.Provide high-quality innovative landscape solutions and professional services for various landscape projects; 6.Develop landscape design plans to solve technical problems within the scope of the project and provide innovative solutions. 7.Be able to independently assess and make adjustments to project modifications using standard landscape architecture techniques. 8.Integrate a complete landscape plan, including concept, expansion, and deepening. 9.In preparing and reviewing documents, use standard and standard knowledge systems to ensure the integrity of technical documents. 10.Communicate, make and design decisions with customers. 11.Provide design solution to customer and make project presentation and report. 12.Participate in some development activities and marketing activities.

1.Bachelor degree in landscape architecture or related majors, master of landscape design is preferred. 2.More than 8 years of working experience in the landscape field, including more than 2 years of team leadership experience; 3.Rich landscape design experience in high-end communities, resorts, golf, commercial and public Spaces, and planning projects of tourist attractions. 4.Excellent design and visual hand-drawing skills. 5.Must have the strong concept design, the plan design, the deepening design and the plant disposition ability. 6.Knowledge of plant materials and hard landscape construction techniques. 7.Understand building materials standards and specifications. 8.Have strong operation ability for working software such as MS Office, 3DMAX, AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite. 9.Excellent coordination skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. 10.Strong hands-on ability, can be responsible for overall design and coordination work.(such as conceptual design, CAD, model, PS, etc.) 11.Be flexible and resourceful 12.Fluent in English and Chinese 13.Please be sure to attach your project portfolio.
