Design program creativity and implementation Provide innovative, practical and aesthetically pleasing interior design solutions according to client needs and project characteristics. Draw detailed design drawings, including floor plans, elevations, renderings, etc., and write design descriptions. Follow up the implementation process of the design program to ensure that the design effect meets the client's expectations. Material selection and cost control Select appropriate design materials, furniture and decorations according to the design program. Reasonable control of material costs to ensure the economy of the design program. Maintain good cooperative relationship with suppliers to ensure the timeliness and quality of material supply. Communication Coordination and Customer Service Maintain close communication with clients, answer their questions and handle their feedback in a timely manner. Work closely with the construction team to ensure accurate implementation of the design program during the construction process. After the completion of the project, pay a return visit to the client to collect their comments and suggestions on the design effect. Industry Research and Knowledge Update Pay attention to the development trend and new technology in the interior design industry, and constantly update design concepts and methods. Requirements Bachelor degree or above in interior design, architecture or related majors with solid theoretical knowledge in interior design. More than five years of interior design work experience, with the ability to independently complete large-scale interior design projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop and other design software, with good hand-drawing ability. Sharp perception and ability to match interior design elements such as color, material, furniture and lighting. Good communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to withstand certain work pressure.
