Kollektiv Creative Hub is run by a small, fun, unconventional, open-minded team, which is now looking for a Senior Graphic Designer and Junior Graphic Designer in the execution of visual output of the agency's material, maintaining the quality levels and speed of turnaround its clients have come to expect. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and technical skills, be able to think creatively, and have an ability to manage occasionally heavy workloads. Responsibilities: Operate effectively as a member of the Kollektiv team Operate effectively as an individual for efficient turnaround of web design, video, photographic items, artwork, enhancements, adjustments and resizes Responsible for meeting and exceeding client expectations and deliverables on time and in high quality Assist with storyboarding and graphic pre-designs where appropriate Demonstrate both creative and technical capability Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively in both technical and business environments Prepare work to be accomplished by gathering information and materials Prepare final print files of artwork and photography Complete projects by coordinating with clients and external suppliers Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed Fluency in Mandarin is a plus

Design skills: knowledge of typography, spatial orientation, the handling and manipulation of images, freehand graphics, and basic design elements Computer skills: computer design software systems; primarily Mac Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere), Cinema 4D, Final Cut, etc. Client/Vendor Relations: Kollektiv is a client-focused organization, so the successful candidate must be willing to interact with clients when necessary and translate their ideas into an effective design
