Design/CreativeVOK DAMS has an opening for a motivated individual who will support our ongoing projects in Beijing.Role and Responsibilities: -Coordinate a project team to prepare for and implement all aspects of an event -Plan costs, set timelines, coordinate personnel and execute event specific tasks -Lead a team to perform in-depth research on venues, locations, concepts and entertainment solutions -Develop creative event concept proposals for client briefings

Requirements: -Beijing based with 3-5 years working experience in the events industry, ideally with automotive clients -Strong project management experience -The ability to contribute and appreciate international and local perspectives -Excellent communication skills in English, Mandarin and German -A creative and resourceful approach, good problem solving skills and a bright and energetic attitude
