We are looking for an experienced professional, who would like to accept a challenge in our company for the following position:Senior Consultant - Based in Hong KongThe Senior Consultant is responsible for providing research to identify the candidates’ criteria mapped with clients’ business nature, culture, size and phrase. The person in charge also supports business development in specified practices, and has to design & implement research strategies in the most efficient manner to complete the projects.RESPONSIBILITIES: •Get involved on the whole process, including job analysis, intelligence collection, talents screening, interviewing, evaluation, reference check and other communication work.•Conduct timely, cost-effective research in response to specific request (collect, summarize and analyze relevant data and information).•Analyze the market and provide a regular basis Industry research.•Be a creative and active participant in designing the search strategy with AIMS partners and consultants.•Identify, generate, and distribute ideas in order to efficiently support the search assignments. •Actively lead the research process, finding out qualified candidates for the assigned projects, within certain time limits.•Coordinate business development activities.•Attend clients’ briefings/meetings, when possible. REQUIREMENTS:•At least 8 years working experience as executive search consultant; Retail & Luxury Industry experience is a plus.•Skills and competence: Hands –on attitude and proven record of executing projects independently. Experience on managing a team. Solid track record in business development. Excellent analytical and problem solving capabilities. Good presentation and communication skills. Flexible and results-oriented. Good team player. Self-initiate, hard working, with a strong sense of responsibility. Passionate and positive mindset: willing to adapt and eager to succeed. Able to manage multi-tasks and work under pressure. Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Self-confident and comfortable interfacing with high level Executives.•Languages: Excellent spoken and written English is a must. Any additional language is a plus.•Education: Bachelor degree. MBA is an advantage.
