·Plan, prepare, and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active English learning experiences. ·Develop schemes of work and lesson plans in line with curriculum objectives. <br/>·Facilitate learning by establishing a relationship with students and by organizing learning resources and the classroom environment. <br/>·Assess and record students’ progress and provide grades and feedback. <br/>·Maintain discipline in accordance with the rules and disciplinary systems of the school. <br/>·Participate in department, school, and parent meetings. <br/>·Communicate necessary information regularly to students, colleagues, and parents regarding student progress and student needs. <br/>Teaching subjects: IGCSE ESL, General Speaking, Practical Oral English.

-A Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or a related field. <br/>-A teaching certification (e.g., TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or equivalent) specifically for ESL. <br/>-Minimum of two years teaching experience in an ESL environment, with a preference for experience in IGCSE or international curricula. <br/>-Native English speaker. <br/>-Strong understanding of the pedagogical theories and practices specific to ESL education and the challenges faced by ESL learners. <br/>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage students and work effectively with colleagues. <br/>-Ability to adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the diverse needs and interests of students.<br/>
