- Manage regional shops in designated area including expanding new shops for more sales opportunity - Reach sales goal and assist in developing the company to have better outcome and reach its best potential in this industry - Research different brands including product information, promotion and foreseeing new trends - Being able to do in-depth research for sales purpose - Support and work closely with the dealers to ensure satisfaction - Gather feedbacks from dealers and wholesale and individual stores - Track Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly performance and sales metrics - Ensure that the work process is shared to the peers, and important issues should be reported Country Manager directly - Comply with company policies and procedures and adhering to the company standards

- At least 3 years of Sales Experience with extensive knowledge of lighting business and electronic products including the FMCG and lights (Bulbs, LEDs and other lighting related products) - Strong research, negotiation, and communication skill - Basic computer skills and experienced with tracking and recording call information, filling and updating documents to customers - Fluency in Thai and English, both verbal and written. - Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record - Graduate with Bachelor’s degree or above in any related field. - Good relationship in team work - Male, Age between 25-35 years old and Thai Nationality.
