The Key Account Manager will be in charge of increasing the number of clients for our company by offering them our range of products. a) Requirements:- A minimum of 4 years experience.- Studies: University Graduate.- Computer Skills: Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Pdf, Ilustrador. b) Abilities:- Motivational.- Organized and business oriented.- Excellent interpersonal skills.- Proactive.- Excellent written skills and good grammar. c) Languages: English (written and spoken).(Spanish skills will be a plus)

Responsibilities:- To assist the General Manager with the implementation of new sale strategies and marketing.- Develop new opportunities and markets.- Identify, contact & prospect potential clients and turn them into customers.- Follow up all the process from the beginning to the end (since we get a requirement from the client until we finish our service).- Customer service at all times; and provides solutions to complains about critical incidents. - Constant communication with the Operations Department so they can provide you with technical advices to the clients and a good customer service.- Good Analytical skills over our competitors so we can develop new strategies.- To meet the minimum sales results established by the General Manager.- Ability to develop a new range of products.- Willing to travel abroad to attend product fairs.- Willing to work under pressure.
