Position Overview:
The incumbent is accountable for sales results and marketing plan and execution for global market. They will be accountable for driving sales growth, executing marketing strategies and building brand reputation via various channels that support the achievement of revenue and profit targets.
We are looking for a dedicated sales leader with experience in FMCG to coordinate our sales teams, ensure the team's sales quotas are met, and support the management. The sales leader will perform sales, management, and administrative tasks, such as maintaining your sales performance, recruiting and training staff, and monitoring results. Result driven !
Job description:
1. Handle specific market with objective and result to achieve
2. Recruiting and training new sales staff, assigning specific tasks to other sales staff, and monitoring the team's sales performance.
3. Provides day to day leadership and coaching to the sales team, guiding and supporting team members when they face issue.
4. Accountable for Sales KPI set up. Maintains high level of motivation of the entire team and promote the development of subordinates based on information obtained through performance evaluations and result achievements.
5. Develops and manages trading partner relationships
6. Develops channel strategies: identifies and negotiates contracts with new customers
7. Cooperates with the operations team to provide good service to clients and improve our reputation.
8. Builds holistic sales and marketing plans. Supports the team in efficient and effective execution of plans.
9. Completes the new customer and new project development tasks in the responsible area, including sales activity,planning, project and product communication, business negotiation, project designation, etc.
10. Provides regular reporting across all aspects of the business to the top management.
11. Leads long/mid/short-term strategic planning for export market.
12. Works with top management team on strategies and plans
13. Based on the company's product platform, collect market, industry and competitor information, and jointly participate in the formulation of market strategies
Job Requirements
Required skills/experience:
To be a successful export sales representative, you should have at least some of the following skills:
1. Significant and proven experience in sales in FMCG, a familiarity with the current sales techniques, and experience with closing deals and closing calls
2. Strong leadership and strategic planning skills, motivation skills
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to understand the clients' needs and interact with the vendors and the senior management personnel.
4. Excellent monitoring, coaching and people management skills
5. Self starter, outgoing personality with exceptional selling and negotiating skills to achieve the sales targets ultimately.
6. Ability to research and analyze the trends in the market and take appropriate decisions or suggest recommendations.
7. Proficient in language, where the products are being marketed.
8. Strong presentation skills, positive attitude and ability to work in a target driven environment.
9. Should be result oriented with good business acumen, computer literate with excellent time management and organization skills.
10. Digitally-savvy
Education background and experience:
1. Minimum Bachelor Degree.
2. At least 5 years of industry/ international sales experience.
3. At least 3 years experience as a team leader
