Provide, supervise and urge all departments to submit reports, consolidate reports and submit them to MD on time 3. Supervise the sales department to complete work report in time. 4. Supervise the progress of each project, the problems encountered in the project and the analysis of the problem, the solution of related problems; 5. Put forward reasonable suggestions on related business; 4. Assist MD to make sales strategy, quotation, customer maintenance and development; 5. Requirements: Excellent sales, presentation and negotiation skills• Good business sense with an in-depth understanding of solution and consultative selling• Ability to inspire, motivate and lead a team• Team player and self-motivated• Bachelor degree in Mechanical design or sales/ marketing -At least above 5 years’ experience of industry selling in telecom / electronics / medical / automotive areas etc.-Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in English and Chinese
