1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Russian, understanding the international freight forwarding industry is preferred;
2. Proficient in Russian, fluent in listening, speaking, reading, and writing;
3. Has good communication and execution skills, strong sense of responsibility, and good team coordination skills.
