Job responsibilities
- Business Development and Management: Responsible for foreign trade business development and management in the Japanese market, formulate and implement sales strategies and promotion plans for the Japanese market in order to increase the company's competitiveness and market share in the Japanese market. - Customer Relationship Maintenance: Establish and maintain long-term cooperative relationship with Japanese customers, including business negotiation, contract signing, order tracking, after-sales service, etc., to ensure customer satisfaction and continuous business growth. - Market Research and Analysis: Conduct research and analysis of the Japanese market to understand market demand, competition, industry dynamics and other information to provide data support for the company's product and market strategies. - Team Leadership and Training: Lead and manage the foreign trade team, including personnel recruitment, training, performance appraisal and other aspects of the work to improve the team's business capacity and work efficiency. - Risk Management and Compliance: Responsible for risk management and compliance of foreign trade business, including trade risk early warning, exchange rate risk management, export compliance and other aspects of the work, to ensure the sound development of the company's business.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above; - More than three years of sales experience in the Japanese market is preferred; - Male; - Fluent in spoken and written Japanese; - Familiar with the Japanese market and Japanese culture; - Good customer service sense; - Good sense of customer service.
