Negotiation and finalization of standard contracts for new suppliers; Coordination of necessary new supplier audit with the relevant people in SQA and SDE team; Support the annual audit for current suppliers 3. Follow-up all development new part process including RFQ, negotiation, FAI status, Mass production, Track and report localization program: plan and implement localization status, contingency plans to mitigate 4. Has the responsible to help the supplier increase quality and productivity with SDE 5. Supplier performance monitor; evaluation of technical and business risks using databased analysis and developing sound risk mitigation alternatives; And supply relationship management 6. Realize cost reduction programmers; Manage suppliers to achieve cost reduction targets with negotiation skill 7. Maintenance material data base in SAP system for responsible parts 8. Cross functional support with project steering; industrial design with KBU/KBM, product development and operations teams 9. The ability to manage all the above tasks and personnel resources 10. In charge of sourcing and evaluating potential suppliers which require localization

1. Working in Penang, Malaysia. 2. The appropriate candidate will have a relevant (Sourcing, purchasing, or SDE) work experience (9+ years) 3. EMS components and customized parts background is highly preferred 4. Have a strong Project management experience 5. Hands-on experience in material procurement 6. Knowledge of SAP or ERP systems 7. Willingness to travel 8. Engineering background, BS Required 9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 10. Good written & spoken Mandarin and English 11. Excellent communication & interpersonal & Negotiation skills 12. Ability to manage change 13. Must be a strong team player and communicator, Capable of working in multinational environments, driven and motivated by accomplishing world-class objectives
