Main responsibilities: 1. Process flow chart/SOP development, key process parameters debugging, DOE, standard setting and standardization promotion. 2. DFM/PFMEA and FPY setup and process data analysis, optimize process through PDCA method, and lead the analysis of defective circuits, structures, etc. 3. Standard working hours development, able to promote the production capacity through IE methods, quality improvement, and promote the standard process landing. 4. NPI introduction, planning 5M for NPI section, following up the progress and implementation of the project, process delivery and forming standard flow for NPI section, solving the problems of NPI section and factory. 5. Jig/tooling design, able to apply CAD/CAM software to design and check jig/tooling, PCB Gerber. 6. Factory side ECR/ECN/PCN management, change issuance and leading change implementation; 7. Familiar with BOM and factory basic information requirements and process, able to apply standard working hours to evaluate and plan production capacity. 8. POP and other standard documents development and promote the implementation of the factory. Optimize packaging and logistics requirements; 9. Familiar with MES/SFC traceability process and operation, optimize the maintenance of traceability system and process, familiar with the application of testing software; 10. Execute the tasks assigned by the supervisor and handle major exceptions, follow up the factory side to execute the delivery and other tasks.

Job Requirements: - Bachelor degree or above, 5+ years of management experience from Process, ME, PE or IE; - Proficient in Chinese listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, excellent communication and coordination skills and high sense of responsibility; - Proficient in office software, CAD, CAM software, IE methodology; - Skilled in the basic process of the whole process from customer requirements to product realization, manufacturing and delivery, with comprehensive engineering theory foundation, proficient in the duty requirements of this position; - Rich practical experience in successful business activities, successful work experience in organizing and driving solutions across departments/functional areas, electronics manufacturing and project management experience is preferred.
