1. Lead QA & QC department; 2.Responsible for products quality management and quality assessment; 3.Monitor, analyze and improve quality situation in production process; 4.Lead the quality issues corrective action plans and follow its implementation; 5.Be responsible for customer audits, third party audits and internal system audits; 6.To deal with customer complains, prepare correction reports and follow up the schedule of corrective actions; 7.Be responsible for suppliers qualification and suppliers performance management; 8.Work closely with the team to ensure the new products launched successfully; 9.Create department KPI and ensure to achieve the targets ; 10.Prepare annual department expense budget and control the cost accordingly.

1. Bachelor degree or above, with strong quality system concept; 2. Above 5 years experience for quality management system, know of printing and /or packaging and sundries products 3. Above 3 years experience of quality team management; 4. Strong communications skills, and good leadership skills with change management and self-motivation; 5. Fluent oral and written in English; 6. Customer oriented
