Responsibilities - Work with families, children, teachers and specialists; - Conduct introductory interviews, observations and screenings; - Provide individual or group sessions for clients with social-emotional, behavioral, or mental health issues; - Provide counseling to families and schools; - Be an active member of a multidisciplinary team that promotes quality services for children; - Work independently in a peer-supervised team environment; - Leading professional development trainings and workshops for colleagues and the broader community.

Qualifications and Experience: - Master's Degree required in a mental health field such as Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Psychotherapy, Clinical Social Work (200 hours), Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy: Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Psychotherapy, Clinical Social Work (200 hours), Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy; - Preference will be given to clients with autism spectrum disorders, ADHD, developmental delays, and mild to moderate needs in the school setting; - Mandarin not required, but preferably able to speak Mandarin; - English proficiency.
