Requirements: · 8-10 years experience as a professional architect. · Understanding of local architectural standards, codes and practices. . Extensive experience in contract negotiations. . Has ability to plan and control projects under budget and on schedule. . Flexibility for frequent business travels. · Requires strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly, concisely and effectively;both speaking and in writing. · Fluency in written and spoken in English and Mandarin is required.
