1. Manage new model projects per schedule and budget, and ensure all TS16949 required documents are properly and timely prepared 2. Coordinate with customers for new model development processes such as product structure, mold design (3D and 2D drawings), materials application, production, and etc. 3. Coordinate with molding, production and quality teams for review of manufacturing feasibility, and prepare DVP&R for approval 4. Review and benchmark new models with existing models 5. Ensure timely ECN / PPAP submission and get approvals from customers 6. Jointly inspect and get approval from customers of new model samples 7. Coordinate for packaging development of new models 8. Lead or work with team members to complete tasks satisfactorily

Engineering or tooling design, Knowledge in AutoCAD, Pro-E, Catia, Familiar with TS16949, PPAP, APQP, MSA, PEMEA, Experience in project management, automotive components manufacturing industry is prefeered, Good knowledge in mold design, plastic parts design, Fluent English, and Mandarin is prefeered
