Assist Product Manager for Casting Part feasibility study, Moldflow study, technical evaluation along with Factory, complete the tool making details based on customer requirements and standards; Submit the related report to Manager. Assist Product manager to Initialize die design concept with factories, check and verify the die design drawings including 2D and 3D provided by Factory. Make sure all customer requirements have been incorporated into the data. Only then Submit the related die design to the Product Manager. Manage the Die development progress schedule to reach the Quality, Cost, Timing objective defined by the Product Manager. Follow up factories which are in charge of Die manufacturing to ensure each process of die making being done according to Customer requirements and quality standards. Follow up Die Trials, Trial report, discuss with factory, solve the technical and quality issues found during Die trials; follow up corrective actions，samples inspections and check dimensions reports before sending it out to Product Manager. Assist Mold Engineer from factory in inspecting and checking the Die as per QA standards & checklist before shipment. Do the mold inspections, related documents for mold shipment as per company standard. Prepare Company standard documents Support Product Manager with other relative issues & complete other tasks assigned by Product Manager

College degree or above in Mold Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related area. Proficient in design software such as UG, Pro/E, SolidWorks etc.; Familiar with Simulation software, Such as Moldflow, anycasting etc. Proficient in English ( Reading and Writing); oral English is preference Knowledge in quality dies and export dies is preference. Good knowledge in Aluminum die casting process. At least 4~5 years solid experience in Die design and manufacturing. knowledge in quality aspects of die casting die and parts. Good understanding of mold standards such as: Muzumi, DME, HASCO, etc. Proficient in office software Familiar with die manufacturing equipments such as CNC, EDM, Wire-cut, etc. Good understanding of die manufacturing process Familiar with die casting die steel and Alloy material as well Steel Heat treatment process. Good knowledge of HPDC die Troubleshooting methods and processes. Can work independently and under pressure with good project management and interpersonal skills. Good team spirit, strong execution and responsibility.
