Work Location: Based out of Shenzhen, China with some travel to Zhongshan, China. Also, possibility for travel to the global headquarters in Concord Ville, PA. Position Reporting: This position will report directly to the VP of China Operations who is located at Shenzhen, China Asia headquarters Job Description: Looking for a candidate to serve as Project Director over some of China's BHAG projects. These are specific projects aimed at long term Results. By having these projects run through a separate structure from normal day to day business activities it will allow proper focus and capacity to maintain structural tension on the desired Results. Candidate must be highly motivated, Results Focused, Driven for Excellence, and able to work together with various departments. Projects would range from automation of existing manual or semi-manual processes, projects focused at Sustainability(materials, processes), projects focused around new technologies (dispensing, painting, assembly stamping, packaging, etc.) to product line costing model projects. Candidate will work closely with the VP of China Operations as well as with team members working in Shenzhen Plants, Zhongshan Plant, as well as at supply base vendors. Ability to communicate project status clearly through reporting and presentations is required. Project discussions will also be down with team members based out of concord Ville, PA location. Compensation Package: To be reviewed with candidate based on candidate's experience and fit for the position.

Communication/Language: This position requires fluent English speaking and writing capabilities, Ability to communicate in Mandarin is a plus but not a requirement. Education Level: Must have an engineering background. Ideally mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or manufacturing engineering. Work Experience: Candidate will have a minimum of 5 years work experience in manufacturing operations setting. Ideally candidate will have >10years experience.
