As the window between R&D(client) and factory. 2. To co-ordinate resources to complete and update capacity plan, production circle, manpower, equipment configuration in every build. 3. To co-ordinate resources to complete the preparatory work including manpower, machine, material, method and environment in DVT /PVT /Ramp, to insure the satisfaction of project schedule. 4. To co-ordinate resources to complete technical development of the project and push technology to the end within the project schedule. 5. To co-ordinate the production line transfer between different factory. 6. English training within department.
