1. Introduction of new projects, from project approval to mass production, responsible for overall project planning, definition of project life cycle, development of project budget and plan, and output of WBS; 2. Guided the project to execute in accordance with the plan and solved engineering problems in the process of the project: such as the progress of structural mold and mold, communication of customer software customization requirements, etc., coordinated project team members and relevant parties to solve problems, regularly summarized and reported the project progress, existing problems and required resources, and timely updated the maintenance plan; 3. Organized, supervised and adjusted the whole project, held meetings and reviews of key links of the project, conducted risk management, and followed up the products till the output; 4. Responsible for the whole process of project organization, development and implementation (project approval, mold opening, mold testing, material sample making, sample signing confirmation, mass production and after-sales problem tracking); 5. Decomposed the project, coordinated the work between related departments to achieve the project progress and objectives, and regularly summarized and reported the progress of project r&d.

1. Mechanical manufacturing process and equipment/mechatronic engineering/mechatronic integration/electronic information science and technology related major college degree above! 2. Familiar with the project management process and have good project management skills;At least 5 years project management experience, experience in aircraft project is preferred; 3. Be familiar with UG pro-e CAD and have a certain understanding of plastic mold structure, mold processing and injection molding process quality standards, as well as a certain understanding of electronic products; 4. Serious, responsible, active and have strong team spirit; 5. Foreign nationals or returnees are preferred;
