Production planning and adjustment Develop cycle plan: Based on sales forecasts, inventory, and production capacity, develop daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly production plans, and break down the main plan into workshop scheduling. Dynamic adjustment plan: In response to emergency orders, equipment failures, and other abnormal situations, adjust production sequence and resource allocation in a timely manner. Coordinate sales department to change requirements and ensure timely delivery of orders. 2. Material and Inventory Management Material Requirements Planning: Generate a list of material requirements based on the production plan, review purchase orders, and track the progress of material delivery. Control the consumption of stagnant materials, handle material changes and breakpoint issues. Inventory monitoring: Maintain data in the PP module of the ERP system to ensure that inventory matches production demand. Regularly provide inventory reports to optimize inventory turnover. 3. Coordination between production progress and anomalies Progress tracking and feedback: Monitor workshop production progress, calculate daily/weekly/monthly achievement rates, and analyze reasons for deviations. Publish production instructions (such as material requisition forms, process flow forms) to ensure a closed-loop task. Exception handling: Resolve unexpected issues such as material shortages, equipment malfunctions, and personnel shortages to ensure production continuity. Organize cross departmental meetings (such as production coordination meetings) to facilitate rapid problem-solving. 4. Cross departmental collaboration and communication Internal collaboration: Collaborate with procurement, process, and warehousing departments to ensure resources are in place and processes are smooth. Coordinate workshop process flow, optimize logistics paths to reduce waiting time. External docking: Communicate material delivery dates with suppliers and handle outsourcing processing plans. Provide production and inventory data reports to customers and management. 5. Data analysis and process optimization Data statistics and reporting: Analyze indicators such as production cycle and capacity utilization, and propose efficiency improvement suggestions. Prepare analysis reports on production achievement rate, cost savings, etc. to support management decision-making. System optimization: Participate in the standardization of production processes (such as SOP development) and promote lean production. Improve the application of ERP/MES system and enhance the level of planning automation.

Job requirements: Familiar with ERP/MES system operation, proficient in capacity analysis and material requirement planning methods. Strong communication and coordination skills, high stress resistance, data sensitivity and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in English and able to communicate in Chinese.
