• Ensure smooth delivery by monitoring ex-factory dates and outbound shipments based on purchase orders. • Evaluate order risks and schedule factory visits at the appropriate time. • Verify that the bulk production matches the approved Master Reference Sample (MRS) through online and final inspections, and prepare inspection reports accordingly. • Communicate the current production status to relevant colleagues, such as direct managers, the merchandising team, and product developers, through English reports. • Maintain daily communication with colleagues in Singapore and suppliers to keep track of order status.

Requirements: Possess self-motivation and demonstrated experience in quality control or production of fashion jewelry. Exhibit strong communication skills. Proficient in both English and Chinese. Possess a good understanding of MS Office. Capable of working independently on assigned tasks.
