Be responsible for application engineering, material development, functional testing and new products introduction. Evaluate SEAL products by designing and conducting a variety of performance, environmental, and operational tests to ensure customer needs are met. Provide direction and assistance to sales to ensure the proper and successful application of Seal products. Develop necessary tools and training material, conducts training seminars, and assists in application engineering of Seal products when required.Work with overseas division engineering teams on product localization and project transfer.Scope/Supervision and Interaction:This position will be responsible for application engineering, product design and material development team, interact internally with sales, marketing, manufactory departments.Good communication with people at a cross-functional level. Position requires the ability to effectively communicate in oral and written English.Job Descriptions: Conduct market study and provide technical support for customers, distributors, and field sales for both existing and potential customers. Stimulate customer awareness through training and technical seminars. Recommend product design improvements and new product needs based on customer application analysis. Submit new product "IDEARS" via the Winovation process.  Develop innovative solutions to complex engineering and manufacturing problems through identification and implementation of material development including conducting process analysis, applying knowledge of material development, products function test, product design, fabrication, assembly, tooling, conferring with suppliers, and soliciting observations from the operators/production technicians;  Good experience on material development of Polyurethane, PTFE, Rubber and plastic; Ensures customer test criteria is correctly interpreted and applied by setting up development and qualification test procedures and preparing technical reports and data sheets; Assures test readiness and customer satisfaction by reviewing and signing-off test fixture drawings, ordering special test equipment, and coordinating existing in-house test equipment. Build up systemically analytical methods and techniques, interfaces with outside test lab facilities to provide technical support for testing; Build up testing system of SEAL products, provide solution for quality issues and internal service to support new product development, application and quality; Develop tooling and fixtures for new products and processes and work with tooling vendors to ensure the quality and timely tooling support; Communicate with customer and provide first-fit solutions, take lead on project management, set up project time-line requirement and coordinate with multiple function team; Identify and implement solutions for issues relating to safety, quality, productivity, and cost reductions;Best regardsHR

Qualifications: Bachelor degree or above in related Engineering or Technology field;  5~10 engineering management experiences, experience in industrial seal is preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude, ability to use measuring tools, and hands-on capabilities to work on projects Solid communication skills to interface with divisions, sales team, Engineering, design institutes, trade organizations, competitors, suppliers and customers are required. Fluent in written and spoken English;  Good learning ability and adaptability; Empower & motivate employees;  Project Management experience and ability; Business Acumen;
