Job responsibilities
1. In the biomarker team, support the work of biomarkers related to the drug development stage
2. Developed biomarker detection methods and established a good working relationship with CRO
3. Designed, implemented and summarized the progress of biomarkers and proposed the next step according to the project schedule and clinical research requirements
Job Requirements
1. Doctor degree or above in biology, pharmacology, pharmacy, medicine or related field, more than 3 years related research experience is preferred;
2. Familiar with the development of biomarker detection methods, especially the biomarker detection based on immune response (ELISA, MSD, etc.);
3. Strong ability of experimental design and execution, able to analyze, summarize and sort out experimental data, and put forward plans for the next topic direction;
4. Have the ability to work independently and solve problems, and can adjust to the needs of the work in time;
5. Be proactive, have teamwork spirit and entrepreneurial spirit.
