1. Doctor degree or above in biology, pharmacology, pharmacy, medicine or related field, more than 3 years related research experience is preferred; 2. Familiar with the development of biomarker detection methods, especially the biomarker detection based on immune response (ELISA, MSD, etc.); 3. Strong ability of experimental design and execution, able to analyze, summarize and sort out experimental data, and put forward plans for the next topic direction; 4. Have the ability to work independently and solve problems, and can adjust to the needs of the work in time; 5. Be proactive, have teamwork spirit and entrepreneurial spirit.
