1. Participate in training organized by technical service department 2. Analyze failure reasons of returned units and keep the records 3. Repair the defective units and keep the records 4. Responsible for receiving the spare parts and package materials and keep the records 5. Responsible for assisting sales department to carry out business work and providing after-sale technical support 6. Responsible for providing after-sales service training for customers 7. Submit the summary of quality problems and put forward suggestions for quality improvement 8. Perform other duties as assigned by the manager

1. High school degree or above, 25-45 years old, major in machinery, electromechanical, automation and other related fields 2. Relevant work experience is preferred 3. Chinese speaker is preferred 4. Strong verbal and writing communication skills，well-organized with an aptitude in problem-solving
