Responsibilities: 1. Work with Overseas RD team for DFM evaluation from mold construction point of view. 2. Produce plastic injection mold construction optimization to reduce mold repair and maintenance effort and cost. 3. Be capable to use mold flow software to do simulation analysis. 4. Be skilled to use engineering software( Pro/E and CAD) to build up mold structure and layout. 5. Be skilled to use engineering software to build up secondary process equipment and tools, such as trimming machine and molds. 6. Good knowledge about machining, can provide a good solution between injection, die casting process and CNC machining process. 7. Work with external and internal team for mold release. 8. Work with tool making team closely to solve technical issues.

Qualifications: 1. Fluent English is a must, preferred the candidates from Southeast Asia countries. 2. 10 years of tooling and mould working experience. 3. Pro/E and CAD engineering software application.
