Job responsibilities 1. According to the company's strategic development, analyze the existing manpower and plan the talent development; 2. responsible for human resources management, implementation of solutions, improve the system, process and system construction; 3. Organized and implemented the company's recruitment and configuration, training and development, performance appraisal, salary management, employee relations and other construction.

Job requirement 1. proficient in the six modules of human resources theoretical knowledge and practical experience; 2. familiar with the use of recruitment platform, with strong recruitment ability; 3. familiar with local laws and regulations; 4. 5 years or more working experience in medium and large manufacturing enterprises. 5. Thai people or people of Chinese descent who have settled in Thailand. Ability to speak Chinese in addition to English is preferred.
