Develop logical sourcing strategies for each role recruited 3. Update the JK system (our database) so that it accurately reflects the status of all selection activity 4. Screen candidates CVs against position criteria, interview candidates on the phone to determine suitability and obtain requiredinformation 5. Develop an acute awareness of the client's business and their recruitment needs 6. Develop and grow your pools of great people
