1. Have experience as a physical education teacher. 2. Understand various teaching methods suitable for non-native speakers. 3. Excellent organizational and communication skills. 4. Stable and resilient personality. 5. Ability to handle classroom crises. 6. ESL/EFL or TESOL certificate. 7. Obtain a bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution. 8. Hold a certificate of no criminal record.
