Key Responsibilities: 1. Prepare lessons and organize your class. 2. Give level tests and evaluate students’ English speaking abilities on the system. 3. Develop suitable teaching strategies for different level students. 4. You are always willing to help out students dealing with their study difficulties.Teaching process: 1. You can carry on your class any time and anywhere( must be quiet) 2. Before each class , log in the backstage supporter and find your Ss, deliver a call by phone or skype to Ss's 3. Write down Ss mistakes and correct expressions during or after each class 4. Write monthly report to Ss and give some suggestions on how to improve English skills

Eduction background: 1. Education background: Bachelor or above in overseas studying (BA/MA/Doctor diploma) or working experience (USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and South Africa only) is strongly preferred. 2. ESL certificate holders are preferred
