1. Reviewing and selecting good suppliers in repsective region to be strategic partners using score model 2. Build relationship with all the suppliers in Europe and help solve finance, CS, T&C, API issues when regular method fails 3. Strategically help good suppliers to grow, on the other hand acquire exclusive partnership or resources from them to help maintain our leading position in the market 4. Keep improving our perks and benifit with our existing suppliers in the region 5. Discovery or be alert if new strong suppliers is entering a market, and make change of strategic plan if necessary 6. Keep eye on the industry by meeting suppliers regularly incase if we needed to change strategy accordingly

1. Proven track records of successful relationship building and negotiation skills 2. Speaks fluent English and Chinese is a must 3. Data analysis and complex problem solving ability is required 4. Loves to travel and love helping people 5. Basic understanding of car rental industry and online travel 6. Good at strategy planing and execution
